Reservation & Large Party  Policy

RESERVATION GUIDELINES & DINING ROOM DECORUM 

Dining room chairs & tables accommodate a maximum of 6 guests per table. Parties larger than 6 may be seated at a second table based on availability; tables are not guaranteed to be adjacent and may not be moved or combined. Due to our service needs 11 guests is the total combined guest accommodation. 

Any dining room reservation will be a maximum of 2 tables.



• If confirmed your reservation is for the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking.

• Additional guests cannot be added upon arrival without prior approval.

• Guests may not occupy additional tables, move tables, or use tables reserved for other parties without management approval.

• We cannot guarantee seating for guests who were not included in the original reservation.

 

**Reservations may be made no more than 7 days in advance.

 

LARGE PARTY WALK-INS

Groups of 12 or more arriving together will be treated as a Large Party regardless of whether a reservation was made. 

 

*Large groups cannot be accommodated in the dining room by splitting the party among multiple tables.

Private Lounge availability and applicable rental requirements will apply.

 

DINE-IN CELEBRATIONS

Outside food, cakes, desserts, pastries, candy, or other treats are not permitted in the restaurant dining area.

Élevé offers a bakery/dessert menu that you and your guests are welcome to choose from.

 

ACCURATE GUEST COUNT

Reservations must reflect the total number of guests attending, including children. Additional guests who were not included in the reservation are subject to availability and may not be accommodated. We cannot guarantee seating for guests who were not included in the original reservation.

Please contact us if your party size changes before arriving so your reservation isn’t turned away due to unavailable seating & service staff. 

 

MULTIPLE RESERVATIONS

Guests may not reserve multiple smaller tables in an effort to seat a larger party together. Groups wishing to dine together as one party should contact ÉLEVÉ in advance to determine the appropriate reservation option. 

 

 

AUTOMATIC GRATUITY POLICY 

A 20% gratuity is automatically added to parties of 6 guests or more, regardless of the seating arrangement.

• This gratuity applies to the entire party, even when checks are split or paid separately. 

• Thank for helping us provide an enjoyable dining experience for everyone.

 

ENTERTAINMENT/EVENT NIGHTS

Due to increased demand on entertainment nights, reservations may be closed and guests are seated on a first-come, first-served basis.  When reservations are open a max 6 or more guest is the max reservation. 

 

CLOSED RESERVATIONS

There are times when reservations are no longer accepted, during those times walk-ins are welcome and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.” 

 

DINING ROOM SEATING 

For the comfort and proper service of all our guests, Élevé is not a self-seating establishment.

Please wait to be seated by our hostess or a member of our staff.

LARGE PARTIES

Parties of 12-30 guests are considered Large Parties and must reserve the ÉLEVÉ Private Lounge. This allows us to properly prepare the space, kitchen and staffing needed to provide your group with quality service without disrupting service to our other restaurant guests.

Large parties cannot be divided into multiple dining room reservations to avoid the Private Lounge requirement.

Lounge rental guests are free to access the bar area for alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages, access the dance floor or watch the live entertainment but cannot occupy tables in the main dining room which are reserved and held for other guests, without speaking with a member of our management team. 

 

LOUNGE DESSERT POLICY

With the rental of The Lounge, outside cake, cookies, cupcakes & candy only are permitted.

All other outside food is prohibited.

Lounge rental fees are separate from food, beverages, gratuity and applicable taxes.

 

 

MANAGEMENT DISCRETION

ÉLEVÉ reserves the right to determine appropriate seating arrangements based on party size, restaurant capacity, service needs and previously scheduled reservations. Exceptions, when made, are at management's discretion and do not modify the policy for future visits.
